EWURA has set up tariff guidelines which are made available to service providers who may wish to submit their applications for review of rates and charges. Tariff guidelines are useful to applicants since they contain important information like, the form and manner of which the application should be, information required by EWURA and other important information that may assist the service provider when making the application. Tariff Review Guidelines 2009 are ammended as and when required.
