REGULATIONS
The Minister responsible for EWURA is empowered under section 41 of Cap 414 to make regulations that he considers necessary or desirable to give effect to the provisions of Cap 414. The Minister shall make regulations not inconsistent with Cap 414 or any other sector legislation. These rules together with those made pursuant to sector legislation shall govern EWURA.
