RULES
EWURA derives its powers from the rules that it makes in consultation with the Minister responsible for EWURA. Section 40 of Cap 414 mandates EWURA to make such rules. In addition to that, its powers are also derived from the rules made pursuant to principal legislation. Click on the links below to download rules.
