Eng. Robert M.A. Swere was appointed member of the Board of Directors of EWURA in January, 2006. He was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors in June 2008.
He has 37 years experience in Water Engineering. He is an expert in monitoring and supervising the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the water works. He has also got experience inManpower planning, training, and career development. In addition to that, Eng. Swere has got experience in supervising and coordinating World Bank funded rehabilitation of Urban Water Supply and Sewerage projects.
