New LOIS Version

EWURA has launched a new version of License and Order Information System (LOIS). The system simplifies License applications for Electricity, Petroleum, Natural gas and Water and Sanitation services. The system is also used to submit Tariff Application, receiving and processing complaints.

New LOIS has been improved and added with new useful features,  as follows:-

1. Easy registration for use of the system
2. Speed of user’s registration  with confirmation message through SMS and email.
3. System issue control number direct to applicant at the system or email and SMS.
4. System allows applicant to make payments using mobile money, bank or online payment (debit /credit card).
5. It improves transparency by providing information to an applicant direct from the system.
6. It has simplified process of issuance of licence which will result to the speed of process application.
7. Facilitate online submission of complaints to EWURA
