This public notice is made pursuant to Section 19(4) of the EWURA Act, Cap 414, to collect views from stakeholders including the Government Consultative Council (GCC), Consumer Consultative Council (CCC), Mbulu WSSA’s customers and the general public on the reasonableness of the proposed tariffs and fees. As part of an inquiry, there shall be a public inquiry meeting on Thursday, 15th September 2022 at Community Centre Hall in Mbulu town from 10:00hrs.
