EWURA issues a notice pursuant to Section 19(4) of the EWURA Act, Cap 414, which requires the Authority to conduct an inquiry to collect views from stakeholders including the Government Consultative Council (GCC), Consumer Consultative Council (CCC), Nzega WSSA’s customers and the general public on the reasonableness of the proposed tariffs, fees and charges. As part of the inquiry, there shall be a public hearing meeting on Thursday, 17th August 2023 at Lake Tanganyika Hall in Nzega Town from 10:00hrs.
