Call for Stakeholders’ Meeting on the Review of the Study Report on the Wholesalers’ and Retailers’ Margins in the Petroleum Downstream Industry

EWURA has initiated the Public Inquiry to seek comments from stakeholders on the Draft Final report on wholesalers and retailers margins in the petroleum downstream industry.EWURA will collect comments from stakeholders, including Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), Retailers, Consumers Consultative Council (CCC), the Government Consultative Council (GCC) and the general public.

The Public Hearing Meeting will be held at EWURA Eastern Zone Offices, 7^th Floor, PSSSF (former LAPF) Pensions Fund Towers, along Bagamoyo Road, Dar es Salaam on 23^rd December 2020 from 10:00 am. Those who wish to submit comments pertinent to the Inquiry are requested to do so by writing to EWURA’s Director General  not later than 31^st December 2020. Interested parties who wish to make presentations at the Meeting are requested to register themselves with EWURA in writing by 21^st December 2020.
