COMMENCEMENT OF THE NEW EWURA e-Service SYSTEM

The Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority (EWURA) wishes to inform stakeholders and the general public that, starting from 2nd March 2026, all construction approvals and licence application services will be conducted through the new upgraded system known as EWURA e-Service.

It should be noted that the previous LOIS system will no longer be used to apply for construction approvals and licenses from 2nd March, 2026. However, the customer complaints service will still be available through the LOIS system.
