Annual Report
EWURA undertakes its regulatory functions pursuant to the EWURA Act, Cap. 414, and sector legislations including the Petroleum Act, Cap. 392; Electricity Act, Cap. 131; Water Supply and Sanitation Act, Cap. 272; Fair Competition Act, Cap. 285 and the Public Finance Act, Cap. 348.
EWURA prepares its annual performance report at each financial year, starting 1st July to 30th July of the prospective year, which also include the audited Financial Statements which disclose the operating results and state of affairs of the Authority.
