EWURA Southern Highlands Zone serves five (5) regions, namely Mbeya, Njombe, Rukwa, Ruvuma and Songwe. The Southern Highlands Zone main office is based in Mbeya region. The Zonal office has been conferred to implement licensing activities, performance and Compliance Monitoring, tariff review, regulatory enforcement, public relations and information dissemination, business plan reviews, review of Customer Service Charters of the regulated service providers, and consumer complaints settlement. The Zonal Office implements their activities in line with the EWURA Act, sectors legislations, Guidelines, Operational Manuals, Quality Management System procedures, Client Service Charter, Risk Management Framework and other applicable legislations, policies and procedures.
